Help your people grow together.

Aliveness OS gives mission-driven networks what comes after the match: small Circles of the people you serve that move together, try hard things and witness each other grow over six weeks.

Plan a pilot See how a pilot works

After the match: everyone is connected to you.

After six weeks in a Circle: they're woven together, and the center is stronger for it.

Belonging is in your mission statement. It's rarely in your infrastructure.

Networks are built for the first connection. What happens next is left to chance, and that's where people drift away.

Matched, then on their own
People get placed or signed up, then face the hardest months alone.
Momentum that fades after the event
A festival or day of action creates energy, but with nowhere to go next, it rarely lasts.
Leaders who carry it alone
Local leaders burn out when no one sees or supports them.

A pilot is one six-week Expedition with the same small Circle

People bond faster through hard things and deep conversation than through small talk (Bastian et al., 2014; Kardas et al., 2021). Each week is built around that.

  1. 1

    Arrive

Meet, move together, and each choose something to make: a project, a proposal, a piece of writing.

  2. 2

    What matters most

Aim your first experiment at a growth edge.

  3. 3

    Where you get stuck

Bring back what happened, then go a step further.

  4. 4

    Turn up the courage

Reach toward what you've been avoiding.

  5. 5

    Weave it together

Each piece joins the Circle's shared work.

  6. 6

    Celebrate and choose

Share what you made. Decide whether to continue, and who'll help lead.

Move together first
Each call opens with a few minutes of guided movement, out of the head and into the heart. Moving in sync builds closeness and trust (Tarr et al., 2016). Seated or standing, no experience needed.
Deepen in Circles
Four to eight people meet weekly, by video or in person, held by a trained facilitator. Part of each call happens in rotating pairs, and members take turns leading as the weeks go on.
Experiment, and witness
Each week, one small, real experiment moves your piece forward. The Circle responds to the person, not the problem: “when you said that, I felt…”

What every pilot measures

We agree on outcomes up front and measure them at the close and three months later. The evidence is yours.

Retention

Do members stay involved through the hard first months?

Persistence

Are projects still running three months after the launch or day of action?

Collaboration

Do members start working together, including across differences?

Leadership

Do members step up to lead, starting with parts of their own Circle?

And depth, measured in relationships rather than activity

  • Who here would you reach out to when you're stuck?
  • Has something started between you and someone here, confirmed by both of you?
  • Did your Circle choose to keep going together?

Individual answers stay private. You see consented, aggregated results.

Keep what you have. Add what's missing.

Your platform, events and CRM stay where they are. Aliveness OS works through the email, text and chat tools your people already use, under your name.

Safeguards no one can switch off

Written into the platform's terms, for everyone, including us.

  • No streaks, scores or rankings, and nothing people share is used to judge them.
  • No AI interpreting or rewriting people's words.
  • People own their practice. Nothing leaves a Circle without their yes.
  • Facilitators are trained for hard moments, with a path to more help.

Running now in The Current

The Current, a Bay Area community of creators and builders, is the first community on Aliveness OS. We run every part of the method there first.

Dozens of live experiments. Expedition Zero launching in November 2026.

What a pilot could look like for you

Examples of fit, not existing partnerships.

New public servants, through their first months

Circles across cities for people new to government.

Measured by who stays in their role.

Local leaders, and neighbors who disagree

Circles that bring people together across differences.

Measured by projects still running at three months.

A fellowship bond that outlasts the program

Circles inside a cohort that keep going after it ends.

Measured by Circles that continue.
